Achievements

Oh! Hello there! I am Alvin, just an “ordinary” student who has been crowned the best writer in my age group and achieved the second place on multiple occasions. I had the privilege of representing Hong Kong at Cambridge University, where I secured the second place. Next, I’ll be attending Yale University and visiting the New York United Nations Headquarters for another competition, representing Hong Kong, more than just my school this time. My passion for learning and dedication to literature and global affairs drive me to make a lasting impact. Although the trips have been stressful, I hold no regrets and the future seems bright too!”

I am pleased to introduce myself. My name is Anson Chan, and I am a student from the esteemed 4D class. It is my honour to serve as the Vice President of the Student Union. I am also proud to say that I have won the territory-wide elite student contest in English for the last two years. The English lessons at Tang King Po School have had a profound impact on me and I look forward to representing our school in this year’s contest.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I have exceptional expertise in playing the violin. I encourage the organization of a talent show and the establishment of the Hongkong youth orchestra, where students can demonstrate their remarkable talents. Furthermore, I have a great passion for playing volleyball and enjoy reading. It is my pleasure that we have seized the opportunity to participate in the English scholar competition, where I proudly represent our school.
