02-10-2025, 02-13-2025: English Ambassadors Lunch-time Activity: Chinese Lantern Festival Riddles

To enrich the school’s English learning environment, the English Department has introduced a new service team called English Ambassadors this year. On February 10th and 13th, English Ambassadors of S2 and S3 helped host the first activity - Chinese Lantern Festival Riddles. English Ambassadors and students from various forms actively participated in the activities conducted at lunch breaks. Other than learning thematic vocabulary related to the traditional activities and food items of Chinese New Year, and enhancing their phonemic awareness, students also learnt about the values: “Filial Piety” and “National Identity”, which were embedded in the riddles.
