Students are divided into four teams or more
if numbers provide for it. A different letter is
provided to all the teams in each round. All
teams start at the top row of the table given
and progress. The teams’ progress can be
marked with post-in notes. To move down the
row, teams must say a word with the letter
they are given. A letter is chosen at random
and an amount of time is set and checked
with a timer. A letter is called out for Team A. If
team A can think of a word in the allotted time,
they move down the row. If they cannot, they
stay on the same letter in the next round.
Team B is then given another letter and so on.
The team that reaches the bottom first is the
winner.
