中一入學申請
本校於2025-2026年度將開設5班中一，包括英文班。自行分配學位共約50個。
In 2025-2026, our school offers 5 classes of Secondary 1 including EMI classes. There are approximately 50 discretionary places.
申請程序 Application Procedure
1)申請日期 Application Period：
2025年1月2日（星期四）至2025年1月16日（星期四）
2nd January 2025 (Thursday) – 16th January 2025 (Thursday)
2) 截止日期 Application Deadline：
2025年1月16日（星期四）下午5時正
5p.m., 16th January 2025 (Thursday)
3) 所需文件 Documents Required :
♦教育局派發的「中一自行分配學位申請表」(如適用*)
Application Form for S1 Discretionary Place issued by the Education Bureau (If applicable*)
*家長亦可使用教育局「中一派位電子平台」作登記。
Parents can also apply via the Education Bureau’s SSPA e-Platform.
♦身份證或出生證明書副本
Photocopy of Hong Kong Identity Card or Birth Certificate
♦本校中一自行分配學位申請表
Our school’s Secondary 1 Discretionary Places Application Form
♦小五及小六成績表副本
Photocopies of ALL Primary 5 and Primary 6 Report Cards
♦其他有關學生才藝、公益服務等各方面之資料副本
Photocopies of Other Learning Experiences, Talents, Special Skills, or Community Service records etc.
♦已貼有$2.2郵票回郵信封2個
2 self-addressed envelopes with a $2.2 stamp affixed
♦ 家長毋須提交小學推薦信。
There is no need to provide Recommendation Letter from primary school.
4) 交回表格方法 Submission：
在以下辦公時間內親自交回本校校務處。
Submitted in-person to our school office during the following opening hours.
星期一至五 Monday – Friday：9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
星期六 Saturday：9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

個人資料收集聲明
個人資料均由申請者自願提供。倘若所提供的資料不充分，本校可能無法辦理入學申請。
The provision of personal data is done on a voluntary basis. Please note that the school may not be able to process the application in case of omission of information.
申請者所提供的資料將用作學位申請的用途。所有申請表在完成揀選後，於三個月內銷毀。
The personal information collected is only for handling matters related to the Secondary 1 Discretionary Places Application. The personal data obtained will be destroyed within three months after the selection process.
申請者提供的資料除由本校保存外，部分資料亦會送交教育局中學學位分配組備考。
The personal data collected in this form will be kept strictly confidential by our School. Partial data will be sent to School Places Allocation Section of the Education Bureau for referencing purposes.
根據《個人資料（私穩）條例》，申請者有權查詢及更改個人資料，查詢可聯絡校務處李先生，電話：2712 5171。
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of information held by us about you. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, please contact Mr Lee at our School Office on 2712 5171.
