24-09-2024 Two truths and a lie

First, the teacher (Mr. Devin) demonstrates how the game works. He shows the participants three sentences about himself but one is not true. Next, the participants are encouraged to ask questions about the sentences and try to work out which one is the lie. The person answering the questions should try and hide the lie by making up details about it. The participants then guess which sentence is the odd one out (the lie). The participants play the game in pairs, taking it in turns to ask questions, guess and write sentences and answer questions. Good examples of individual participant's work can also be used with the group.
